Great product...can't wait to see upcoming upgrades to reporting packages.
The only thing I can truly complain about are the boring reports that come out. Really could use a better output feature like many other products are coming out with but the price is right and the rest of the functionality is great.

The Good
Easy to use, very inexpensive compared to other products out there. Not very familiar with integrations but seem to be a lot of 3rd party products that this works with.
The Bad
Canned reports aren't flexible meaning we don't use. Need something like a report designer with more ability to change output.
The Bottom Line
Great for small shop, probably don't use enough features myself to truly rate this but has been a fixture in my firm for well over 10 years.
