Junxure is an outstanding CRM solution!
We love Junxure. When we migrated to it from another system, it was like learning a new language. You need someone to be the dedicated Junxure point person who can communicate the best practices and keep the staff on task. You should also tackle it a little at a time - don't try to learn everything at once. Start with learning about Contacts and Actions. Actions management is the key to making the system work. Outlook integration is essential. Then you can move on to Action Templates and Sequences. If you take advantage of what Junxure has to offer, you won't be disappointed!

The Good
Very robust - can do almost everything you need. Great customer support.
The Bad
Can be a little difficult for those who aren't technologically inclined. Has a pretty steep learning curve.
The Bottom Line
Look no further for a CRM solution - Junxure is the best out there. But you have to be willing to put the time and effort to learn the system and apply their best practices.
