A less capable system would no doubt be easier to learn. But I'll take capability over ease.

The Good
By a hefty margin, tech support is better than any other adviser software company I've worked with. Junxure Mobile will resolve out-of-office access; beyond that, I haven't yet discovered a needed capability that isn't available.
The Bad
It does take training (which is readily available, paid or DIY) and commitment to implement and to operate from within it.
The Bottom Line
For the price, capability set and astonishingly high level of support, it's still my choice.
