... a power user's perspective

... we crashed our B/D server during our first attempt at conversion to an in-house server-based CRM (also Microsoft)that would integrate with client records. Second attempt to convert was successful, however, we opted out because the CRM speed was entirely too slow for our team of "power outlook" users.

Easy access by entire team; calendars, contacts, emails, folders, tasks, etc

No integration with client account information
