Good software, just missing a few important features

The Good
Good platform, with a primary emphasis on investment research, an improving financial planning feature set, and great accounting/client reporting automation functions.
The Bad
The CRM is still elementary. I believe they should urgently consider adding the option of an API, given their resource limits to at least allow for third parties to fill in the gaps of the software.
The Bottom Line
The price is reasonable, a great product for investment-functions. If they make the improvements mentioned, its value would be increased significantly in the marketplace, and could easily demand a higher price premium if it allowed for users to replace their multiple pieces of software today.
