We like the '360' back office concept although some parts are better than others.
An enormous package that takes a serious commitment to become proficient. We have been trying to put Humpty Dumpty together again since we left the vertically integrated self-clearing environment and IAS is still the best offering we have run across.

Client Portal, performance reporting, CRM, integration with custodians, reconcilliation
The Bad
Rebalancer, financial planning lacks flexibility - almost too comprehensive
The Bottom Line
Many one-off softwares are better, but we have yet to find a comprehensive solution that is better. It is nice to have one point of data entry.
