The Good
It is a decent CRM product if that is all you use it for.
The Bad
To get anything that has to do with the financial industry you have to get the Act for Financial Professionals version of the product... The bad is that Act for Financial Professionals does not work on Windows 7 which means anyone that has to get a new computer any time soon will have to use "XP Mode" which negates most of what makes Windows 7 better than XP.
