The breadth of Morningstar Office makes it very efficient in managing my business and clients' accounts.
User Review
The Good
Functional and convenient. I like that multiple applications, i.e. reporting, reconciliation, IPS, proposals, research and client presentations, are all available in one program. Good integration with custodian. Good tech service team that takes suggestions and implements them into software update versions.
The Bad
Planning and CRM portions of the program are inferior to more specialized applications from other providers. No integration with CRM or planning programs.
The Bottom Line
The breadth of Morningstar Office makes it very efficient in managing my business and clients' accounts.
