Seemed to be geared more towards reps; we'd like to see more on how B/D's handle these issues.

Probably not fair for me to rate as I have been in the industry 32 years and know most of the information covered. It is a dry subject, so how do you make it exciting. it is sort of like dentistry... I am not sure which people were speaking when I began as I missed the beginning due to a clearing a client call. But after listening for a few minutes left the call due to nothing really new being covered from my perspective.

The talking points should be included. maybe in the notes section or something in the slides.
