Good mix of analyses of bond funds vs. hybrid bond/stock (allocation) funds, as well as another quick review of Craig's spreadsheet, which I believe is a very enlightening tool and which I've spent time reviewing with clients to great success. Craig mentioned that, contrary to expectations, hybrid bond funds (with partial equity holdings) have done better than 100% pure bond funds in 2022, despite logic telling you otherwise. I've noticed this and brought it up with clients. Good point Craig makes!

instead of 60-40 I use 70-30 to achieve results. No need to add juice to bond funds. In essence I am adding more juice with higher equity and being more conservative on fixed income. Idea for a future webinar
