enjoyed it, as always! I particularly liked the examples.

I found some helpful tidbits. It would be nice to have more examples of conversations and how to diffuse them especially as it relates to clients wanting out at the bottom. Some of my clients who have jumped out at the bottom are the ones who absolutely could not afford to sell at such a low level. They were in an absolute panic. They believe their worst case scenario. It's not longer even a scenario. It's their truth. Maybe that's coming up next time.
