Google understandably reserves the tops spots for paid search results. But it is positioning the Gooogle+ componnent of every search we all run above natural, organic search rankings.
Google shrewdly is encouraging you to create a personal profile on Google+, which you need to get a profile for your business.
I am flabbergasted at how inlfuential the Google+ ranking is to your overall ranking in Google searches!

Clark earned an amazing 4.8 star rating from attendees. Atendance was light crowd that Friday. When I booked the date, I did not realize it was the eve of Memorial Day weekend 2015..

Very timely and simple explanation of Google Plus, including how to sign up, set up a business page, order and sequence of events to do so, various tips and suggestions, navigational tips and useful information all around. Good use of slides and illustrations.
