Webinar had lots of whys (e.g. why you need CRM, why you need paperless), but hardly any hows of operating efficiently (e.g. use this tool, shut down your email program, outsourcing non-critical tasks).
Presenters like SaaS because that's what they know and sell. Didn't express some of the risks of SaaS for financial advisers thoroughly enough in my opinion.
