How long you sleep every night, how deep, etc. and other self-tracking metrics is an emerging field. Here’s an app that tracks babies.

TechCrunch writer Robin Wauters has been trying out this app, Evoz, and says it works.

“The company’s broad vision is to enable active parents to monitor the health and wellbeing of their babies even when they’re on the go,” says Wauters.

Things sure have come a long way since my first child was born 20 years ago and we though and placing an intercom in the baby’s room was considered high-tech.

Self-tracking apps and devices that record your work, sleep, exercise, diet, mood, are spreading fast—apps on your phone and desktop let you monitor your sleep, diet, and mood.

For advisors, this tech trend provides ways of helping clients improve their health and quality of life.

I’m thinking you want to know about using technology tracking to monitor health, and that you want to be able to tell clients about it.

Please let me know if I’m right and you want this subject “tracked” on A4A.
