Dropbox Breach: Fewer Than 100 Accounts Affected, But One Person Actively Exploited The Security Hole

Dropbox, a document syncing app with 25 million user accounts, sent an email to users saying the breach it suffered last week resulted in just 100 user accounts being accessed illiciltly, but it was one individual that exploted the hole.   Dropbox had earlier said the hole was opened when it updated its software. The update made it possible for anyone to access an account by inputting an email address without using a password.   According to an email Dropbox sent to users afected by the breach, the four-hour hole resulted in a single individual breakign into fewer than 100 user
