To maintain the CFC™ designation, you must attend two of four quarterly refresher classes sponsored by the Financial Counseling Institute and A4A. The $199 annual fee gives CFC™ practitioners:

• 4-slide presentation about financial counseling updated and FINRA-reviewed annually.
• FAQ about the CFC™ designation for posting on your website (FINRA-reviewed).
• Digital badge for your website, social network profiles, and email signature.
• One on one time with Dr. Murtha to talk about client cases Wednesdays, 12:00-2:00 EST -- appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
