This one was informative, but it would have been nice to include other providers products in the discussion. Understand this would be pretty hard to do in an hour, though...

Sounded too much like a "sales pitch" for advent. Not a real evaluation of the various providers with strengths and weaknesses of each. A disappointment.

Not read from a script. Use less lingo for new people. Not sure how it interfaces with my custodian's services when i choose one. Went to url to get hardcopy of presentation, but didn't work. Would be nivce to be able to print out the helpful checklists Mvke had.

Mike read from a script; not an effective presentation.
Also, this was not sizing up the various outsourcing solutions. It was practically an advertisement for Advent's back office services.
Improve by featuring an interactive speaker and a review of all services offered in the industry, not just limited to one vendor.
