This continuing education webinar for CPAs, CFPs and other financial professionals dives deep into the economic fundamentals currently driving strategic portfolio decisions.

Jeff Brown, who spent three decades as an energy industry economist before going independent eight years ago, shares tools, techniques and insights gleaned from four decades of experience, including:

• LEI's underlying components
• A polynomial forecast of ISM's manufacturing new orders index
• Large-company CEO optimism, as a key behavioral indicato
• Expect a correction but not an end to the bull market
• 20X p/e multiple is the new-long term mean

Jeff agrees with Fritz Meyer view, that demographics will permanently drive low  rates. He analyzes the same fundamental indicators as Fritz but focuses investment decisions on a strategic approach to business cycle investing.

Jeff started his independent consulting service eight years ago, when his wife, a CPA who evolved into a financial advisor, needed asset allocation advice for client portfolios. Jeff wants to know how to help you employ advanced analytical techniques for business-cycle investing.

Good, in-depth information but hard to stay focused with monotone. Possibly more back and forth conversation would help, or work on voice variety. It would help to have a tone when it's time to answer a question as if I"m writing notes, I may look up as it's sliding off-screen. Happens more than once.
