Thank you for bringing some reality to an industry that has benefited a great deal from current cash flow over the years but does not realize selling means sacrificing at least of a portion of that in the future.

Some good pointers in terms of institionalized relationships, brand and client acquisition are good points, but 99% of independent practices are far from being to worry about doing anything about this.

Mark was very knowedgeable. In spite of delivering a message owners of an RIA would not like to hear; he seemd quite believable.
