Excellent summary of the current mess. One possible improvement: Recommend the movie "Mars Attacks!", which shows Martians destroying Congress.

The Q&A (again!) was incredible. What I learned about trust protector being able to materially change estate plan AFTER death with proper trust language and powers was mind blowing - given the current state of flux in the estate tax universe. But this piece of info would have been invaluable to know in any potential future scenario. This seminar was really PRACTICAL and USEFUL! Thank you.
