Support is very good, pricing is decent but reports have a way to go.
They have made great strides in the past couple of years to enhance the reporting capabilities. I hope they will continue their work in this area.

Inexpensive, but for the less complicated clients
When cost is the major consideration I don't know that you can get much better value for your dollar. As the practice grows, however, the program has definite weaknesses...
