Didn't understand that 'video' was being used...and certainly didn't see any video?
Also, you did resolve the sound quality, but it was really bad at first. In addition to NOT getting CFP credit (??) I couldn't hear. Not good.
Concept from Josh though was practical and helpful.

Webinar was useful in highlighting what we're already doing well, and I appreciated the warning about niche drift. Will bring the taped video to our Chief Executive's attention.
(I rated the overall webinar a 3 because we're already a niche co, but for someone looking to develop a niche, I'd rate it a 4)
