I believe focusing on 1 process and following that all the way through to show how going paperless specifically works. Even though there may not have been a lot of questions, it could be because people found this process overwhelming another TO DO. So it may need to be broken down into smaller more specific units/sessions.

We are likely too small to utilize this at this time - we are still using Outlook so we do not even have a CRM at this time. We really would need to take that first step before this would make sense. She did a terrific job though - we need to move in that direction!!! Thanks...
