SmartOffice has been a huge success with our office and helps to keep track of every client detail.

I could not imagine not using SmartOffice as our CRM. Our company is much more efficient and productive because of it.

The Good
SmartOffice is a great tool to use to keep track of all of your client data, client correspondence via email, letter, etc., and client notes, reminders, and workflow processes. We share multiple clients in our office and everyone can view the same information and be on the same page very quickly and efficiently. You can also customize your SmartOffice with the options that work for you and your clients.
The Bad
SmartOffice can be a little pricey if you add multiple options that have additional monthly charges associated with them.
The Bottom Line
SmartOffice CRM is the best option for our office. We previously used Redtail CRM and decided to make the switch because SmartOffice does everything that we need it to do for our advisors and our clients.
