Overall, a good product. We need to use its full potential.

A very good system. We are still not using it to it's full potential.

User Review

The Good
The notes section has saved us tons of time when talking with clients on the phone. The on-line tutorials are great and the RT staff is always willing to help with questions. The opening of the ATL office has been a big help.
The Bad
The recently migrated our email server but didn't notify us when it had been completed. We had to call them for new email settings
The Bottom Line
We also use their imaging and document storage. Sometimes retrival can be a little slow.
