Support is very good, pricing is decent but reports have a way to go.
They have made great strides in the past couple of years to enhance the reporting capabilities. I hope they will continue their work in this area.

The Good
Pricing is good. Typically have a good relationship and quick answers to problems from their technical support. The new reports package is good but there are still some weaknesses.
The Bad
The ability to drill into investments like mutual funds to determine the actual category spaces rather than giving the fund a single category (e.g., calling a fund a large cap fund when it has substantial holdings in mid-cap space) makes a category allocation report worthless.
The Bottom Line
Good program, decent reports, good pricing (but not as good as it used to be).
