OUTSTANDING! This is a topic that does not get nearly the attention is deserves. Buy and hold advisors compete on a daily basis with the daily bombardment of the "out performance" argument. That is why most of the follow-up questions were performance type questions - ie. how do I justify my existence as an advisor? Andy, as always you did a great job. Your products are excellent!
