This system is quickly becoming the heart of my entire practice. Outstanding in every way.

User Review

The Good
Microsoft Outlook, when combined with Dynamics CRM, offers a CRM system that is immediately adopted by the staff and easy to use, yet extremely comprehensive and flexible. Since it is Microsoft it natively integrates with the Office suite of products.
The Bad
Because it is so comprehensive and flexible you either need to customize it yourself (not too difficult) or purchase a customized version such as Salentica.
The Bottom Line
My system integrates with my 3CX phone system and virtually every other piece of software to provide a fully regulatory compliant system that is easy for staff to adopt.
