MSFT Outlook with BCM--we love it.

We love it. If we are missing something, we dont know what it is yet. It is easy for everyone to use, which is a key for us.

The Good
As a basic CRM, Outlook with BCM is easy to use, fast to set up, and extremely affordable. We use eMoney as well. eMoney just added a feature that syncs with Outlook, but we are using Outlook 2010, so it does not work for us. BCM is very easy to customize without programing or altering interface.
The Bad
I am sure there are some industry specific applications we would benefit in having. THus far, we have found work arounds. More accurately, we dont know what we are missing, so not sure how bad that is. Even so, I can see some benefit in having something tailored to the industry.
The Bottom Line
We love it. If we are missing something, we dont know what it is yet. It is easy for everyone to use, which is a key for us.
