Good performance tracking and reporting. Complex and difficult to use.

I have used Advent Axys for performance reporting for 7 years. It is complex but reliable. The support was excellent. I recently transitioned to their hosted system including reconciliation. It is called APX and AdventOnDemand. The performance and reporting are good. I appreciate the reconciliation done by Advent. The system is still overly complex and not intuitive. Advent training was good but the ongoing support on software issues was very slow. Reconciliation support is good.
Reconciliation has improved greatly over the last few months. Earlier, reconciled data was available usually well into the trading day. I am finding that reconciled data is now available before trading starts or soon after. This is great and I have updated this review to reflect this.
