The Good
Good, general purpose CRM. It took a while for me to customize it for my purposes. It is reliable. It does integrate with Outlook. I don't know about integration with anything else.
The Bad
Not designed around advisers but there may be third party add-ons that I have not investigated.
The Bottom Line
Great solution at reasonable cost.
