User Review
The Good
Organized our client review process--notes, agendas, actions and all correspondence. It tells us when our next client review needs to take place. It also runs our office for us--reminds us of all montly, quarterly, S/A procedures. We don't use it for much reporting--other than company dashboard items.
The Bad
needs a good person to know MS Access to customize reporting.
The Bottom Line
Wouldn't change for the world.
