I like the integration of Outlook with ACT. The activity series keeps all related parties on task with their particular duties. The ability TO customize fields and layouts is also a great feature. Pricing I think is very reasonable. We use the non-web based feature so our data is always our data and we are not forced into upgrading and paying additional costs
The Bad
Sometimes DOBs don't update when toggling from one contact to another. At times can run slow, but we have been users of ACT since 1994 so the datebase is rather large.
The Bottom Line
Overall think ACT meets our business needs, although we haven't spent much time reviewing other CRMs.
