Asset Book is a great product and a "MUST HAVE" for any firm wanting to go web based.

The Good
Asset Book continues to add great user friendly items. A huge time saver is the "Save Report Default" option. This has cut down on staff prep time alot since they don't have to re-key the same information in for each report.
One other item that I think is overlooked in Asset Book is the Web Portal ability. If you are an RIA and want the ability to stand independent from your custodian, this is a "MUST" feature. When we get a new account from another RIA alot of times the client will mention the custodian as "who they are with." Our clients don't even know who our custodian is because they don't use/access anything from them. This small but very important feature from Asset Book has allowed us to stand independent, which is very important for our firm.
If we every do have a problem Asset Book and their support team quickly resolve any issues.
