Lots of features but the database structure & gui are less than impressive

We don't use the client portal, so I gave it 3 stars because I was required to rank every category.

User Review

The Good
Junxure has lots of places to put information. It is nice that you can tag actions.
The Bad
The database isn't normalized. You can only assign an email to one action. I don't think that the GUI is intuitive or functional. It seems that it was designed by committee.
The Bottom Line
I don't like using it.
