Company unresponsive to requests to upgrade product - not unusual for software providers.

Would like to see more responsiveness when user improvements are suggested.

Tracks open tasks well. Stable platform.
The Bad
No way to prepare an accountant friendly personal net worth.
Email coordination messy.
Cannot perform any other tasks in program with Action Item screen open.
The Bottom Line
Useful product. It does help our office operate.
