A Basic CRM and email interface
For the price (included in Microsoft Office package), Outlook is a good basic generalized CRM (Contact Relationship Manager) and email interface software package.

The Good
Good email interface, Calendar appointments, and contact information collecting. Journal entries keep track of client interface/communications.
The Bad
Doesn't track emails per client or enable reminders about client actions.
The Bottom Line
A basic CRM.
