Good software, harder to use for advisors.

We're ok with, but looking for another software to use.

User Review

The Good
Has good client data retention. Friendly tabs to keep data organized.
The Bad
Client history can be a bear to use because does keep everything. Hard to use without extensive training. Customization helps, but is hard for average person to do. One negative that will hurt if not changed in long run is to access remotely, you have to buy more software or dial in through VPN connection. Email feature is limited.
The Bottom Line
Decent software, but not geared towards advisors.
