Presently meets my needs

Biggest cost to migrating to another package is cost of data transfer.

The Good
Have been able to customize to meet my needs.
The Bad
Buggy, company is slow to respond to fix bugs. Runs slow. Sometimes problems with third party interfaces.
The Bottom Line
Works ok. Would switch to another program if price & features were right.
