The Good
dbCams tech people are savvy and available. Pricing is not stratospheric. Weak reporting is (slowly) getting better but it is progress despite being a long way from drag-and-drop modules. Overly busy Morningstar-type reports are showing up with no customization available (yet?).
The Bad
Weak reporting. "Enhanced" reports are very tedious to build.
The Bottom Line
Grateful to Morningstar for acquiring dbCams/FCSI, so we're renewing to give them a chance to strengthen/rewrite it further.
