The price. Integrates with Money Guide Pro. Invoicing. Online document storage. Client Access to reports, invoicing and uploaded documents. Documentation of tasks, notes, reviews etc for each client. Getting better, much improved from the way they were when we first started with them three years ago.
The Bad
Cumbersome, not entirely intuitive. Occasional data issues such as double account entries and cost basis reporting - they do fix the issues when reported, but it defeats the purpose of the automation. Index values for performance reporting are not updated timely. Sometimes slow to return phone calls. Limited flexibility in performance report formats. No flexibility in changing fund asset classes: ETFs are reported as individual stocks and not by asset class and some MFs do not reflect true asset class and style in allocation reports.
The Bottom Line
We are a small shop so the price is right for us and it does the minimum of what we need. Unless major improvements happen, we'll probably move-on when income allows.
