Andy's suggestion to review this material often until you get it is great advice. I was talking to an advisor about this course, and he let me know that his advisor experience included a stint with a very well-known life insurance company. He felt like the sales training (practicing conversations with prospects and clients) had helped him immensely in his advisor practice. Frank is showing us the tools to use. I'm just a little hesitant in my ability to put it all together on my own.
