The Good
Sungard is easy to learn for anyone using the internet. Reports can be generated quickly and vary from short and concise, to very long.
The Bad
Recently, they changed where DB pensions are stored,and the existing stored data was lost. We keep backups, but it is annoying to research each clients situation to update a plan.
The Bottom Line
A good solution for most.
