Too Limiting - Integrations are weak

Lack of feature set makes this CCRM too vanilla.

Easy to use, quick to learn
The Bad
Lack of integration with leading Practice Mangement technologies. Fields are too flexible. Users can put critical information in too many different ways e.g. birthday field is not locked down to specific format to insure proper reporting
The Bottom Line
Find another product that is tailored to our industry.
