The Good
We like the web-based approach that operates in the internet cloud. Our team was able to easily learn the new app and find it more productive than our last CRM (Goldmine). We are still learning new function in Redtail. We also like the iPhone and smart phone application to keep up with our clients while on the phone. Redtail was also able to convert all our data from Goldmine in a reasonably short period of time.
The Bad
Would like improvement in the calendars which I understand is coming in the next version of Redtail. As always, there is a learning curve understanding a new system / application.
The Bottom Line
The tool has helped us be more productive with a better "picture" of our clients and the ability to provide a higher level of service. The tool helps you to "Know your Client". We consider this a good value for the level of productivity. Additionally, this tool is emerging as a strategic CRM that other financial industry vendors are looking to integrate with - always a sign of a good product.
