The Good
Powerful and thorough. I like the way it "thinks", meaning if we used it more than we are now, our office productivity and efficiency would increase for sure. ALso it is customizable to the specific needs of your office. Tech support is great and they offer lots of training opportunities.
The Bad
High learning curve, requires time to learn and adapt to the way it works. Not a very friendly interface, so it's hard to get everyone on board.
The Bottom Line
Our problems with Junxure are more on our end, needing more of our office to complete trainings, getting everyone on board and incorporating more of its features into our processes. It is an extrememly powerful tool that if embraced fully, definitely improves organization and efficiency. A little hard to navigate however, and that has been the main obstacle in using it more.
