Overall, I like it and would recommend it. The only other CRM I've used in the past is ACT!, and I like this one better and it is much more user friendly.

The Good
Very user friendly. Doesn't require a programmer for it to be compatible with financial advisors business model.
The Bad
Loads somewhat slowly. A lot of the searches and filters won't work.
The Bottom Line
Solid.
