Less intro stuff - ten minutes before we got to the "meat" of the program. Maybe create separate presentations for Broker-Dealers and small time RIA's - lots of the materials did not matter to me as I am solo, don't manage money, have no employees, etc. More real world examples of what is and isn't ok. More time for questions. But still good info and lots I didn't know or hadn't thought about.
