The Good
Detailed program can create significant efficiencies in workflow and time management. Customer service on specific items very good. Training, if you're willing to pay a premium for it, is very good. Online training and interactive help functions seem to be getting pretty good for self actualizers.
The Bad
Training can be expensive, though it was necessary for us to get good use of the program. Program is so complex that it is hard to know how to best use it. Wish they had a listing of "best practices" versus just knowledge base. You can get it customized according to best practices but that costs a small fortune.
The Bottom Line
Glad I have it but still working on many implementation/training issues.
