Terrible. If I wanted or needed a course on the income taxation of investments (I don't), I would seek out a far more detailed course AND a far more coherent instructor. These slides look they were dropped on the floor and reassembled at random for presentation. NUAs? Depr.? 1031 Exchanges? Warning me about the danger of MECs? WHAT THE? At the 45 minute mark he had not touched for a second on real world advising of clients about how to best structure and implement a NORMAL portfolio withdrawal strategy.
